Communications Fellowship

Description

Fellows will assist the communications staff with strategic communication through a wide range of delivery methods.

Tasks include:

•Researching topics to support public communications.
•Assisting with editing documents and communications for public release.
•Maintaining contact lists and databases for public outreach to the media and stakeholder organizations.
•Assisting with tracking and compiling coverage of the office in the media.
•Assisting with the production of public service announcements from the Secretary of State.
Eligibility Requirements:

•At least a sophomore in college, or recently graduated with a degree in communications, journalism, political science, or related field.
•We will also consider individuals in any degree program who have an interest in communications.
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required.
