Position Summary:
The Client Services Manager – Veterinarian Sales will provide general management; strategic and tactical, for all our clients’ needs. In addition, this position will provide project management structure and organizational background for all clients’ operational activities needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day tactical details of all activities, projects and services for our client.
• Manage the life-cycle of all client activities; including project scoping, planning project definition, issue resolution, training and implementation, while maintaining use of a consistent delivery methodology.
• Proactively identifies, communicates and addresses potential impacts regarding scope.
• Develop, document, and implement best practices.
• Fosters communication across team and other teams within the company.
• Responsible for clear and concise communication across all teams within the company in order to effectively implement the services strategy developed with the client.
• Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
• Partner with sales rep to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong organizational and management skills; ability to lead with little day-to-day direction.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
• Direct project management experience; small to large-scale projects.
• Ability to gain consensus through facilitation, and finding creative and innovative solutions to issues and day-to-day challenges.
• Process mapping and direct experience with implementation of processes within organizations.
• Must be team oriented, great at problem solving, and able to juggle multiple priorities while exceling in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Experience in MS Office Suite – with advanced skills in Excel.
• Ability to travel when needed
Preferred:
• Veterinarian/Animal Care industry experience.
• Retail merchandising industry experience.
