Description
Fellows will work with the Operational Support Team in the Business and Licensing Division to enhance the performance of several programs, including: Bingo and Raffle, Charitable Solicitations, Notary, Administrative Rules, Business, and Lobbying.
Tasks include:
•Establishing metrics and analyze trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
•Generating process maps for key program functions.
•Attending periodic meetings associated with assigned projects, fields of interest, and relevant boards and advisory committees.
•Developing system requirements and test conditions.
•Researching and recommending solutions to performance gaps.
•Performing research and presenting findings and recommendations to program staff and managers.
Eligibility requirements:
•Graduate or undergraduate students in a business-related field.
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required.
