Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree in instructional design, OD, HR,
Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Education strongly preferred, OR combination of some college and equivalent work accomplishments.
· Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in a Learning and Development, Knowledge Management and/or Organizational Development Specialist role
· Knowledge of adult learning principles, as well as instructional design theories and practices.
· Demonstrated ability to create intellectually challenging and personally engaging learning experiences that integrate instructor-led, experiential
and technology based learning.
· Excellent knowledge and use of English language and correct grammar.
· Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and relate to various business partners and customers and work effectively with all levels of staff.
· Exceptional PC skills including Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, intermediate level Excel, with ability to handle graphic and charts in these applications.
· Must be willing and able to travel to all WVR West Region operations for facilitation of training programs.

Licenses / Certifications: Certification in personality profiling assessments, strengths inventories or similar

SKILLS: communicate effectively, verbally and in writing; strong organizational skills and detail oriented with the ability to perform various tasks at
one time; ability to prioritize and work independently; solid computer skills, with specific experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher;
analytical skills. Good punctuation, spelling, grammar and attention to detail a must. The individual must possess initiative and possess ability to
maintain confidentiality.

Physical Requirements: ability to speak and hear. Close and distance vision. Frequent sitting and standing with some walking. Frequently
lifts/carries up to 5 lbs. Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills.

Position Description: QuEST is seeking an entry level experienced engineer to join our growing Project Engineering team. In this position you will be part of a QuEST team working at our office in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities vary by position but could include:
• Creating and maintaining an overall project schedule, working to ensure Critical Path milestones are met
• Ordering, tracking and processing hardware using customer resources
• Convert current Work Instructions into updated format
• Working with engineers to verify that all current design specs & requirements are being met
• Coordinate with various divisions of a customer to establish production processes
• Prepare and present progress to customer management as required

Skills:
• Currently pursuing AS degree or completed AS degree in an engineering, computer programming, information technology or other technical field, or equivalent work experience. Technical Certificates also considered.
• Strong team and communication skills required
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• A basic understanding of gas turbine engines, ability to read mechanical drawings, and general mechanical aptitude is preferred.
• Motivated, energetic, willingness to learn required

Counselors live in the cabins with the campers and are responsible for them while the campers are not at their activities. Counselors are assigned to activities as needed, and are responsible for all campers at their activity. Counselors must be willing to devote all of their time and energy to the campers and must realize there will be a limited time for personal activities.
